Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

Durrett CPA & Advisory, PLLC provides professional tax, accounting, and advisory services. Fees, payment terms, and the scope of services are communicated to clients before or as part of an engagement.

Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel an engagement by contacting Durrett CPA & Advisory. Any fees due upon cancellation will depend on the terms of the applicable engagement agreement and the amount of work performed before cancellation.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Certain services may require a deposit or advance payment before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable engagement agreement, amounts paid may be applied toward services performed and costs incurred.

Refunds

Requests for refunds will be considered based on the circumstances, the services already performed, and the terms of the applicable engagement agreement. Fees attributable to services already performed are generally not refundable.
